- The prospective recipient must first qualify for the membership by submitting all necessary documents and/or identification.
- After qualification is complete, the *value of the current membership is calculated and an equivalently valued membership is placed in the account of the recipient.
- ePass punches that are not used are voided following the expiration date of the membership and are ineligible for transfer.
- Transfer requests must be made by either phone/voicemail to 703.993.5622 or via e-mail to Member Services.
- Membership values are calculated beginning from the date that the request is received by Member Services.
*this is a proration formulated by our software system that calculates the proportion of the initial payment to the days remaining on the membership.
