Mason Recreation offers membership plans for GMU graduates as well as their family members. Please note that, prior to enrollment in an alumni membership plan, degree verification is required. Prospective alumni members may either present an official transcript to the Mason Recreation customer service staff at the time of enrollment, or, contact Member Services for online degree verification prior to their first visit. Renewal of a existing/expired alumni membership does not require degree verification. Registration and payment can be done at the AFC, RAC, or Skyline front desks.
Access to all of the Mason Recreation facilities for 1 year from the date of enrollment.
Access to all of the Mason Recreation facilities for 1 month from the date of enrollment.
- Additional Adult
- The prospective member must at least 18 years old and be legal resident of the same household as the sponsoring Alumni member.
- The prospective member must be 3-23 years old
- Must be a legal dependent of the sponsoring Alumni member and a legal resident of the same household.
Alumni members, additional adults and/or dependents who are 16-23 years old receive a General Lot parking permit with the purchase of an annual membership at no extra cost.
Alumni members, additional adults and/or dependents who 16-23 years old who purchase a 1-month or multiple months of membership may buy a General Lot permit for $15.
Membership Fee Payment
Annual and Monthly membership fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. Mason Recreation accepts cash (USD), personal check, VISA and MasterCard for membership fee payment.
