Spring 2015 – Keep It Movin’
Don’t miss your chance to become part of the Iron Mason Elite. Iron Mason Spring 2015 begins February 2nd, 2015, and we want you to take part! Come swim (or row), bike and run (or walk) your way to gain entry into the Iron Mason elite.
What is Iron Mason?
Iron Mason is a Mason Recreation incentive program that encourages members to step up their physical activity during the semester. It is not a race against other participants. As long as you complete your challenge between February 2nd, 2015 and April 26th, 2015, you have met the goal!
How does it work?
Participants must complete the challenge, by running (or walking), swimming (or rowing) and biking their way to the finish.

|Bike: 150 miles|
