The City of Fairfax has proclaimed the month of February is George Mason Month!
Join us for our annual #RECDAY!
REC DAY is Friday 22nd and we are celebrating it all week long! We will be giving away things all week long with EXTRA surprises on Friday the 22nd so we can see HOW YOU REC!
We will be giving away prizes and swag all week, so be sure to follow us and tag us on social media the week of REC DAY!
Our Outdoor Adventures program has a month full of trips! Get out there and embrace the elements with snowshoeing or hike the Appalachian Trail!

POUND Your Stress!
Mason Recreation Fitness’ new class POUND is taking campus by storm! Don’t miss the chance to get a full body workout while becoming the beat to the class!
LOVE Your Body Week!
The last week of February is “Love Your Body Week” and on the 27th Mason Rec Fitness will be conducting FREE Health Screenings in the AFC Classroom from 4-7p. Our personal trainers will measure your bio-metrics and put you on your new path!

Mason Intramurals start next week! Squad up and cheer on your friends because the season starts February 10!
Pitch In On The Piedmont
The EDGE is looking for volunteers to contribute to the Piedmont Trail and The EDGE’s challenge courses. The event is April 13 but slots will go quick!
CPR /AED & First Aid Classes
Be prepared for any situation, as well as boost your resume by becoming CPR / AED certified! We have two classes this month so don’t wait for disaster to strike, take action!
Wilderness First Responder Course
If you are interested in emergency medicine or you often find yourself in the backcountry, this course is a MUST to help you be prepared for any situation!
Skyline is home to your very own climbing wall! Even if you can’t get outside, you can reach new heights!
NYC Bus Trip
Join Mason Recreation and Student Involvement for the New York City Bus Trip on April 20th. Spots will fill up fast!
