Students, Faculty and Staff – our facilities may be closed, but you can still keep your health and fitness goals during this time! With Burnalong you and your family can access virtual classes whenever you want – whether in the office, at home, or on the road. Workouts range from 3 minutes to more than 60, and include mindfulness, cardio, strength training, yoga, barre, Pilates and more!
You can also Burnalong with friends and do shared workouts with a shared screen option!

How does it work?
Once your BurnAlong account is created, you get access to our entire library of video workouts. You can exercise on your own, or with a student or friend (who you can see and hear on the screen as well).
