Member updates due to Covid-19

Members Updates

Memberships will be automatically extended based on your expiration date and the number of days the facilities were closed. Mason Recreation will also be adding complimentary time on top of the base extension as a service to our members. If this option does not work for you, you can request a prorated refund by filling our refund request form.

Annual and monthly paid memberships will be automatically extended based on your expiration date and the number of days the facilities were closed. Faculty and staff payroll deduction will restart automatically on Oct. 1(Semi Monthly), and Oct. 2 (Bi-Weekly), but those with active payroll deduction will have access to facility reservations as soon as the facilities open. If payroll deduction members wish to disenroll, please complete email masonrec@gmu.edu.

Day Passes and Minor Memberships will be temporarily discontinued as we work to welcome members back to our facilities. We plan to reevaluate this in the future, but at this time we must focus on providing the safest and most welcoming environment possible for all of our students and  members.
