If you have questions that are not answered below, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Can I still purchase an annual membership even if I only plan on using the AFC? Yes, and you can request a membership freeze in March by emailing email@example.com. Mason Rec cannot freeze parking permits, however, so a new permit would need to be purchased to cover any extension of the membership.
- What can I do if I am enrolled in faculty/staff payroll deduction, but I only use the AFC? You can request a temporary stop to your payroll deduction by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. There will be no cancellation penalty for payroll deduction memberships paused during the closure period and set to restart upon the AFC’s reopening.
- How long will the AFC be closed? The AFC will be closed beginning March 20th, 2023, and is anticipated to re-open on September 1st, 2023.
- Will the hours of the RAC and Skyline change during the AFC closure? Yes. We anticipate opening the RAC for extended hours during the duration of the AFC capital project. Skyline is expected to still remain closed during the summer, but will be open for use during the spring semester. You can find our updated hours on our Facility Hours Page
