Faculty & Staff Memberships
Actively employed Mason faculty and classified staff members are eligible for annual and monthly membership plans. Additionally, after having purchased their own membership, faculty and staff members may add up to two additional adults and any number of dependents to their account.
Access to all of the Mason Recreation facilities for 1 year from the date of enrollment.

- Additional Adult Pricing
- The prospective member must at least 18 years old and be legal resident of the same household as the sponsoring Faculty/Staff member.
- Minor Pricing
- The prospective member must be 3-17 years old
- Must be a legal dependent of the sponsoring Faculty/Staff member and a legal resident of the same household as the sponsoring Faculty/Staff member.
Plus one’s and/or minors who are at least 16 years old and can provide a valid driver’s license, are eligible to purchase a General Lot permit for an additional $15 following the registration of their membership.
Membership Fee Payment and Payroll Deduction
Annual and Monthly membership fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. Mason Recreation accepts cash (USD), personal check, VISA and MasterCard for membership fee payment. Faculty/Staff members who qualify may opt to pay their membership fee(s) via payroll deduction. Payroll deduction memberships run continuously until cancelled by the account holder. Cancellations made within the first year of membership are subject to a $25 administrative fee (per membership). Cancellations made after the first year of membership are not subject to the fee. Enrollment for payroll deduction memberships is done directly through Mason Recreation Membership Services. E-mail all requests to the Membership Coordinator.
