Equipment Orientations

The Mason Recreation equipment orientation gives any patron of the facility a chance to get familiar with the FreeMotion Epic® strength equipment. The arrangement of the equipment allows for a total body workout, focusing on all major muscle groups. Perfect for busy schedules. We will walk through the use of each machine with respect to muscle focus, proper form and progression. You will walk away with a workout card – seat adjustments, sets, reps and resistance recorded.

Want to get familiar with our FreeMotion® Epic equipment?

Register for your free equipment orientation. Please contact the Fitness Office to schedule your orientation at any of the three facilities.

Our orientation tables provides you with a written description of how to utilize the FreeMotion® Epic equipment. Click on the appropriate link below to obtain your table.

Workout Cards

Our workout cards allow you to track your workouts when using our facilities. The Blank Workout Card allows you to enter any exercise that you want and track your progression. The Strength Equipment Workout Card has all of the FreeMotion® Epic strength pieces. We also want to provide you with the option to select a facility specific card.
