Women on Weights
What: This class is taught for women by women and covers everything about lifting weights from proper warm-up, how-to on all the equipment, weight room tips and tricks, and have you leaving with an idea of how to create your own workout plan. It will leave you feeling confident to enter the weight room, an area that can be intimidating for many women and has a lot of misconceptions and myths surrounding it. We will utilize Skyline’s weight room and will be the only users in the room during the session.
When: October 2 and Nov 30
4pm-5:30pm
Where: Skyline Fitness Center
Price: $10 for students, $15 for non-students

Program Building Workshop
What: Learn from our experienced personal trainers on how to create your own long term training programs based on your goals and taking into consideration principles like volume, intensity, progressive overload, rest and periodization. Everyone and anyone (all levels) are welcome.
When: October 18 from 10:30-11:30am
Where: AFC Classroom
Price: Free to members and full-time students

Patriot Weights
What: This all-levels class is taught for EVERY-body and anybody interested in learning more about weightlifting. It covers everything about lifting weights from proper warm-up, how-to on all the equipment, weight room tips and tricks, and have you leaving with an idea of how to create your own workout plan. Body Weight Workshop
What: Work out with a personal trainer and group fitness instructor while learning new, fun and innovative ways to challenge your body without needing any equipment at all! All levels are welcome.
When: November 14 3-4pm
Where: AFC Group Fitness Room (upstairs behind front desk)
Price: Free to members and full-time students
