In 2019 we are offering a variety of sponsorship opportunities.
For the 23rd Annual Expo, we are offering the following vendor opportunities.
Each Vendor Registration includes one 6 ft skirted table, two chairs, internet access, and electricity if needed. There will also be breakfast snacks and coffee for the vendors.
Please keep in mind that vendor table location will be determined on a first come, first serve basis. The number of vendors will be limited due to space restrictions. The registration deadline is 03/1/2019.
If you have problems with the form or are unable to complete it, please email email@example.com.
All vendors are strongly encouraged to have one or more giveaway items at your table. All attendees will receive a “Passport to Health and Wellness,” which requires them to visit a certain number of vendors–and all sponsors–in order to receive their free t-shirt.
The event hours are from 10 am to 3 pm and will take place in Dewberry Hall in the Johnson Center. We appreciate your consideration in supporting the Health and Fitness Expo and helping to make this event a success for your business and the Mason Community.
