February Fitness Challenges
Looking for a way to challenge yourself in your workouts? Participate in one of our challenges: either push-ups or a 1 mile run (or both for those wanting a killer workout)! Either do as many push-ups in a row as you are able, or run a mile as fast as you can without breaks. Then, send your total reps or mile time to email@example.com by the end of the month. Bonus: take photos or videos and tag @georgemasonrec on Instagram!
