NEW Online 4-Week Training Plan
Sign up for our our all new Personal Training package! It includes a 4-week detailed workout plan that focuses on your goals and uses only the equipment that you have available. Your trainer will cater to your goals and your schedule!
Students: $100 | Faculty & Staff: $125 | Community Members: $150
This program includes:
- Trainer consultation | Allows trainer to learn about you and your goals
- Trainer & Client meeting to review workout plan | 1 hour virtual
- 3 hours of individualized workout plans per week
- Each custom plan includes exercise descriptions and instructions
Meet with a Personal Training over Zoom, provide them with information on any equipment available to you and your goals, and then your trainer will write you a 4-week training plan to complete from home. Your trainer will prescribe 3 hours worth of specific workouts a week, with each week’s workouts given to you no later than every Sunday. The other 4 days of the week, your trainer may prescribe you a specific type of cardiovascular activity or rest.
