Virtual Fitness Options
We’re here to help you stay active while you stay home! There are many free online resources available to our Mason Community at this time. Check out each page listed below to check out a few options that can help you to stay active, engaged, and living your best life. We’re all in this together!
1) Take our *Live* Virtual Group Fitness classes
Keep on working out with some of your favorite Mason Rec instructors! Check out our Summer Virtual Class Schedule Here. Stay tuned for more info about classes being added via platforms like Zoom.
Students, Faculty, and staff – our facilities may be closed but you can still keep up with your health and fitness goals during this time. With Burnalong you and your family can access virtual classes whenever you want – whether in the office, at home, or on the road. Workouts range from 3 minutes to more than 60, and include mindfulness, cardio, strength training, yoga, barre, pilates and more! 3) Online Fitness Options

4) Workout Routines to try on your own!
It can be easy to get stuck in a fitness rut – and doing the same routine will result in a plateau or lack of results. So why not try something new?
