  • Design: Flyers, Posters, Banners, Postcards, T-Shirts, Promo Items, Etc.

  • Ex: Theme/Title of event, Partnerships/ Collaborations/Sponsors, Schedule, Pricing, Date and Location of event/program, Start/End Time for Event or Registration period, etc..
  • ** If it is less than 2 weeks before the date you need these materials contact Assistant Director of Marketing directly after submitting request.

    • Written Article/ Advertisement Request

      All website ad requests will be completed within 48 hrs of submission. Article requests will be completed by the due date specified below.
    • Include contact information for the event, accomplishment, person being written about, etc.

      Choose any places you would like your article to be displayed. Please note, in some cases we can request for them to be showcased, but it is not guaranteed.

    • Photo/ Video Requests
