From free Equipment Orientations, to individual and group Personal Training options – we have something for everyone to enjoy. Don’t like to workout alone? Try one of our Group Fitness classes.

Join us on Zoom January 11th-February 5th!
Monday– Barre with Linda @ 5pm-6pm
Tuesday– Zumba with Justin @ 6pm-7pm
Wednesday – HIIT & Core with Char @12:15pm-1:15pm
Thursday – Boot Camp with Dana @ 6:45am-7:45am
Friday – Cardio Yoga with Catherine @5pm-6pm
