We are happy to rent our equipment to Registered Student Organizations (RSO's), Clubs, Mason Departments and more! Please see below at what we offer, and the prices associated with each item.

Rental Policies:
- Equipment should be requested no less than two weeks (14 days) prior to the date needed.
- Equipment lost, broken, or damaged will require a replacement fee at market value to be paid by requesting group. A hold may be placed on the account.
- All equipment must be returned on the agreed upon date during facility operating hours. If returned late additional fees may apply.
- Any collaboration between Mason Recreation and another unit or student organization that requires equipment should be requested from the Mason Recreation representative.
