About our Class offerings
We have two different Group Fitness schedules, click on the links below to learn more about them!
- Green Access Schedule ( Classes include Cycling, Zumba, Boot camp, Barre, HIIT, Pound, and several of our water based fitness classes, including Flow MotionFITT and Aqua Aerobics!)
- Access to these classes is free for all Mason Rec Members!
- Gold Access Schedule Classes include Yoga, Pilates & Martial Arts/ Self Defense classes (Tai Chi, Aikido, Krav Maga, Capoeira, and more!
- (Access to these classes is an additional fee each semester.)
