Women on Weights
This class is taught for women by women and covers everything about lifting weights from proper warm-up, how-to on all the equipment, weight room tips and tricks, and have you leaving with an idea of how to create your own workout plan. It will leave you feeling confident to enter the weight room, an area that can be intimidating for many women and has a lot of misconceptions and myths surrounding it. We will utilize Skyline's weight room and will be the only users in the room during the session.

Patriot Weights
This all-levels class is taught for EVERY-body and anybody interested in learning more about weightlifting.
