Join us at Skyline Fitness Centre on March 13th from 3 – 4 PM for an all-levels class taught for EVERY-body, and anybody, interested in learning more about weightlifting. Led by a personal trainer, this workshop dives into personalized program design strategies by exploring foundational exercise information. This class will teach you the basics of weight lifting with proper warm-ups and form, how to use fitness equipment and plenty of weight room tips and tricks. All participants will leave knowing how to create their own workout plan.
