Fall Self Defense programs!

Great news everyone! In the Fall ’21 semester we are offering three different self-defense programs! So whether you’re looking to learn the basics of self-defense, or trying to brush up on your conditioning and techniques – we’ve got you covered. We also have a great small group training program called Pink Gloves Boxing that is sure to be a big hit for those looking to learn a bit about boxing, meet new friends and have a great workout!


This 8-week instructional program taught by personal trainer and martial arts instructor David Cohen will prepare you for real-life scenarios in which you may have to defend yourself. The class focuses on movement and awareness, moving the body as a unit, and basic self defense principles. No experience needed! Class is on


  • Schedule runs September 13 – November 1.
  • Classes are held on Mondays from 4:30 – 5:30pm at the RAC 


  • Students $80
  • Non-Students $100

This 8-week instructional program taught by martial arts instructor Coach Reza will prepare you for real-life scenarios in which you may have to defend yourself. The class will be broken up into 4 sections: strength & conditioning, Lesson of the Day, partner work, and meditation.


  • Schedule runs September 2- October 22.
  • Classes are held Thursdays from 5:15 – 6:15pm at the RAC


  • Students: $80
    Non-Students: $100
