Fees below are per week per camper for the summer of 2017.

Registration for Mason REC Camp opens Monday February 6th, 2017.
In order to secure your campers spot in camp please fill out the registration form below. The registration for camp is a weekly registration. There are no discounts or prorating of costs for a camper not attending the entire week of camp for which they are registered. Additionally, before camp begins we will need the forms listed under additional paperwork. Please ensure you are filling out the forms clearly and to the best of your ability. Campers will each receive one (1) camp T-shirt, water bottle, and drawstring bag for the summer. Also, please review the Camp Manual available at the link below.

Credit card payments will be arranged within 3 business days of receiving the fax via phone or appointment. Should you want to meet with Jeremy or Sarah to process your paperwork please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up an appointment.
Please do not scan/email the forms. There will be a lot of sensitive data on the forms and email is not a secure method of submitting the forms. Fax, mail, and in-person are the safest methods.
If the total cost of registration is not paid at the time of registration a deposit of $50/week of camp registered will be accepted as a placeholder. Camp fees must be paid in full 14 days prior to the beginning of each camp session. Failure to pay by the due date will result in a forfeited deposit and withdrawal from camp.
Cancellation 14 or more days prior to the start of camp = 100% refund.
Cancellation 7 – 13 days prior to the start of camp = 50% refund.
Refund requests fewer than 7 days prior to the start of camp will not be permitted except for the following:
- Medical withdrawal (doctor’s note required)
- Military relocation (documentation required)
Registrations are not transferable to other participants nor can another child attend in their place.
