This year we are hosting the 25th Annual Health and Fitness Expo! This popular event is attended by more than 1,000 participants annually, and features interactive health education activities, hands-on demonstrations, fitness instruction and challenges. This event is free, open to the public, and promotes health, wellness, well-being, fitness, and disease prevention while introducing faculty, staff, affiliates, and students to resources in the community that can help them lead healthier lives.

  • Friday: 6 am – 6 pm
  • Saturday-Sunday 8 am – 5p

Recreation Athletic Complex

  • Monday-Friday: 3 pm – 8 pm
  • Saturday-Sunday 1p-5p

Skyline Fitness Center 

  • Friday, March 10th: Closing at 9 pm
  • March 11th – 12th: CLOSED

Open Play Basketball CLOSED until Wednesday, February 16

Attention students and members,

 

Due to ongoing non-compliance with Mason’s mask policy, and continued mistreatment of our student staff enforcing these policies, open play basketball will CLOSED at the RAC & Skyline from Friday, February 11 – Tuesday, February 15.

 

Open play basketball will be resume on Wednesday, February 16th.
Any further instances of mask noncompliance, and student staff mistreatment, will result in participants being reported for violating the Student Code of Conduct, as well as indefinite closures of our facilities for basketball open play.  

 

The following activities will still be available at the RAC during the time of our basketball closure: 
    • Badminton, Volleyball, Pickleball, Futsal
