This years event was a huge success! We raised $4,000 for our Mason Recreation Development fund, which allows us to send students and staff to conferences and other professional development opportunities. Special Thanks goes to our Sponsors Whiting-Turner and Modell’s Sporting Goods.
Summer Fitness Schedule
School is out, but that does not mean that you have to stop working out! Come join our group fitness classes after a hot day outside! When is my next Group Fitness Workout?!
Our Gold Access pass is 1/2 price for summer, and classes will run from May 20th – July 31st. Where do I sign up?

Green or Gold Access?
Are you wondering what the difference is between our Green and Gold access classes? Green is FREE for anyone who has a facility membership or any student and includes: Group X, Cycling, Aqua Aerobics and Flow Motion FITT. Gold has a fee and includes Martial Arts & Self-Defense, and the Yoga/Pilates classes. Click here for more info and prices!

Facility Feature: Heavy Bags
Upstairs in the RAC is where our Heavy Bag boxing area is set up. This area delivers a total body workout, builds solid core strength, and can be used by people of all fitness levels!
