Looking to get active, meet new friends, or just try something new? Drop in on one of our awesome group fitness classes! From Zumba to bootcamp, cycling, boxing, pilates and more, we’ve got options you are sure to love!

All classes are good for beginners and expericed gym goers alike. Stop by and see what works best for you.

Fall 2023 Finals Week Group Fitness and Cycling Classes

All classes are FREE to full-time students and members. All classes except Cycle are in the AFC Multi-purpose room behind the front desk. Cycle is in the Cycling Room downstairs at the AFC (between the bottom of the two stairwells.) Classes run August 21- December 11!
