Group Fitness Schedule | Fall ’23
There will be no classes Monday, September 4 or Wednesday November 22-Saturday November 25
- You must have a current Mason Recreation membership, or have purchased a day pass at one of our Recreation facilities to be eligible to take part in our group fitness classes.
- Don’t forget to check out our NEW Boxing and Self Defense Offerings! You may purchase each semester-long offering for $100 for M/W Boxing and $100 for T/Th Self Defense, or $10 for a single drop in class. Payment is required prior to class at connect.recreation.gmu.edu or clicking here.

All classes are FREE to full-time students and members. All classes except Cycle are in the AFC Multi-purpose room behind the front desk. Cycle is in the Cycling Room downstairs at the AFC (between the bottom of the two stairwells.) Classes run August 21- Dec 1!
