Private Swim Lessons

Private swim lessons are offered to those individuals (ages 3 – adult) who desire the benefits of one-on-one aquatic instruction. Private lessons are tailored to the individual, whether to improve specific techniques, gain overall confidence, or focus on more advanced skills. Lessons are offered in 30-minute or 45-minute sessions, with various packages available. Semi-private lessons are also provided for groups of two to three swimmers.

REGISTRATION

Private Swim Lessons are in high demand, and we have limited instructors available.

Below is the link to our interest form. After filling out the form, an instructor will contact you to arrange class days/times when they have an opening. We will do our best to find an instructor within 80 days, but it is not guaranteed.

OUR REGISTRATION WAITLIST IS CLOSED. Our new pricing structure will begin with the re-opening of registration.

Policies and Procedures

FIRST DAY:

Please arrange a time to come to the front desk to process payment; if coming before your lesson, please give yourself at least 10-15 minutes to process paperwork and get your swipe access cards.

When you arrive each day, please hand the Customer Service Attendant your card and say, “I am here for Private Swim Lessons.”  They will swipe your card. You may now enter the facility and participate in your swim lesson. It is imperative that you have your card swiped each day you enter the facility, including the first day.

POLICIES & RECOMMENDATIONS:

  • If you cancel a scheduled lesson without 24 hours notice or do not show up for your lesson, you do not get a make-up for that lesson. The instructor will notify the Aquatic Coordinator, and a lesson will be taken off. If the instructor needs to cancel the lesson, it should be done at least 24 hours in advance.
  • If you arrive late for your lesson you will still need to conclude your lesson at the regularly scheduled time. If the instructor is late, the lesson will continue for the full 30 or 45 minute time.
  • Instructors will only wait 15 minutes for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, the lesson will be determined a “no show” and will be counted as a used lesson.
  • For best results, lessons should be a continuous process with no more than one week between sessions.
  • Lessons will expire after 6 months from the date of purchase
  • Goggles are HIGHLY recommended. If you forget goggles, we sell goggles at our front desk.
  • There is no swimming before or after class unless you are a member. Please communicate with your instructor if you are a member (the instructor will verify after the lesson). Please keep other children out of the pool.
  • Parents and/or guardians must remain on the deck during the lesson.
  • Here you can find our Refund Policy
