Get in the game: Intramural Sports Season 2!

Attention all sports enthusiasts and competitors!! Intramural Season 2 is here. Registration is open until October, 17th.

Get ready for an action-packed season of friendly competition and unforgettable moments on the field. Make a team with your friends or sign up as a free agent to join an existing team. Don’t miss the opportunity to compete in recreational and competitive sports leagues and special events on campus. The sports we are offering this season are 7v7 Flag Football, 3v3 Basketball, and Futsal.

Upcoming Closures – AFC Recreation Pool – (9/29 & 10/ 2-16)

Patriots, please expect the following changes in the operations of the AFC Recreation Pool.

Due to a Dive-In movie night on Friday, September 29th, the recreation pool will be closing at 6:30 pm. Please plan your visit accordingly for the day!
The Recreation pool will be temporarily closed from October 2 – 16 for maintenance and improvements to enhance your swimming experience. We will have more open swim hours during this closure in our competition pool. We apologize for any inconvenience this closure may cause and we appreciate your understanding.

Join us for a Day to Give Back, Pitch-In on the Piedmont on Oct 7!

Are you ready to make a positive impact on our beautiful Piedmont region? We are excited to announce our Pitch-In on the Piedmont event on Saturday, October 7 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Mason Sci Tech Campus. It is a volunteer event where we clean up the Piedmont Trail, a 1.2-mile trail through the woods of the EDGE challenge course. It’s time to come together and Pitch-In to keep our environment clean, green, and thriving.

The food will be provided to all the volunteers.

Note: The meeting point is the green and white tent north of Katherine Johnson Hall.

Complete the challenge in our Facilities with the assistance of our Fitness Attendants and check out this webpage at the end of the month to see where you finished! At the end of the month, the winner gets a prize!
