Let’s Eat Healthy Series – Pumpkins

Every two weeks we will choose a different ingredient to feature: from fruits to protein, grains to spices and more, we will give you a list of recipes, fun facts and an informational video about that ingredient. Brought to you in partnership with our colleagues in Mason Dining, we will give you a quick overview of this ingredient, and explain why it is a great choice to add to your cooking and snacking repertoire! Find Your Flow Events – Navigating Stress in 2020 

Join Mason Recreation, Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS), and the Center for Well-being for a series of collaborative events. These 1 hour sessions will consist of a 30 min group fitness class, led by Mason Rec, followed by CAPS providing a 30 min activity geared towards supporting mental health and well-being.
