We are happy to rent our equipment to Registered Student Organizations (RSOs), Clubs, Mason Departments, and other university-affiliated groups! Please see below at what we offer, and the prices associated with each item.

Rental Policies:
- Equipment should be requested no less than two weeks (14 days) prior to the date needed.
- Equipment lost, broken, or damaged will require a replacement fee at market value to be paid by requesting group. A hold may be placed on the account.
- All equipment must be returned on the agreed upon date during facility operating hours. If returned late additional fees may apply.
- Any collaboration between Mason Recreation and another unit or student organization that requires equipment should be requested from the Mason Recreation representative.
