Get ready to supercharge your fitness journey with our monthly fitness challenge series in 2023. Each month, we aim to bring you new and exciting fitness challenges designed to push your limits, boost your motivation and transform your health and wellness.

Complete the challenge in our Facilities with the assistance of our Fitness Attendants and check out this webpage at the end of the month to see where you finished! At the end of the month, the winner gets a prize!

Empower yourself with Boxing & Self Defense!

Are you ready to build your strength, boost your confidence, and learn essential self-defense skills? Look no further! We are excited to announce the launch of our boxing and self-defence classes. Join us at the RAC Martial Arts room on Monday and Wednesday for boxing and on Tuesday and Thursday for Self-Defence classes from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm. The classes are for everyone whether you are a pro-boxer or a beginner. In classes, you will learn boxing schools such as punching, footwork, and conditioning through shadow-boxing and working with mits.

RAC Gym Closures

Attention Patriots

Due to annual floor maintenance, inside the RAC facility, the RAC gym will be closed from July 24th through August 5th. Linn Gym will also be closed from August 1st through August 9th.

Calling all golfers – Mason Recreation’s Annual Mason Open Golf Tournament is BACK!

Sponsored by Sodexo and Mason Dining, don’t miss your chance to play 18 holes with us. Registration closes on April 21, so sign up as an individual or as a team today.

  • $100.00 per person (non-Mason students)
  • $75.00 (current Mason students) *Faculty and staff are not eligible for the student rate.

All proceeds of the Mason Open support the Mason Recreation – Student Development Fund. The fund provides students the ability to pursue professional development opportunities at various conferences, seminars, and courses throughout the country.

  • $10,000 hole in one contest (Par 3)

Learn to Play Pickleball
