Book Lovers Unite | Join Our Book Discussion on February 13th!

Chess and Table Tennis Tournament Extravaganza on Feb 2nd!

We are calling all Table Tennis pros and Chess kings to our most exciting tournaments of the Spring semester on February 2nd, from 4 pm onwards at the Corner Pocket: The Hub.  Whether you are a grandmaster or a ping-pong pro, this is your chance to compete in a friendly tournament, have fun and claim victory. Patriots! Get fit and feel the burn! Join our ‘Learn and Burn’ workshops for an exciting fitness experience that will leave you feeling energized and motivated. These workshops are designed for all levels of fitness enthusiasts and everyone interested in learning about weightlifting techniques. Get ready to sweat, learn new weightlifting techniques and take your fitness journey to its best level.

Patriot Weights 

Date, time, and Location: October 30th, from 4-5:30 pm at Skyline.

The workshop will cover everything about lifting weights from proper warm-up, how-to on all the equipment, weight room tips and tricks, and have you leave with an idea of how to create your workout plan.

Body Weights

Date, time, and Location: November 14th, from 3-4:00 pm at AFC Group Fitness Room.

The workshop is designed for you to learn new, fun and innovative ways to challenge your body without needing any equipment at all.

Note: This workshop is free for all members and full-time students.

Women on Weights

Date, time, and Location: November 28th from 4-5:30 pm at Skyline.

The workshop will be taught for women by women about weightlifting techniques and tricks.
