Let’s Eat Healthy Series

Self-care is an important aspect of well-being! One of the best ways to be good to yourself is to be good to your body. A great way to do that is to eat healthy and stay hydrated. So whether you’re looking to prioritize healthy food, learn a few healthy eating habits, or just interested in checking out some great recipes – you’re in the right place!

Every month we will choose a different ingredient to feature! From fruits to protein, grains to spices and more, we will give you a list of recipes, fun facts and information about that ingredient.

Brought to you in partnership with our colleagues in Mason Dining, we will give you a quick overview of this ingredient, and explain why it is a great choice to add to your cooking and snacking repertoire!
