Well-being is an important aspect throughout the University, check out these resources that Mason has to offer!

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) provides access to effective mental health care and learning services. They serve as an entry point for students to work with experts in college mental health who assess concerns and connect students with appropriate services on and off campus.

Disability Services promotes equal access for students with disabilities in curricular and co-curricular activities within the university experience.

Center for Culture, Equity, and Empowerment (CCEE) leverages programs and services focused on advocacy and direct student support to strengthen equity and inclusion at George Mason University.

Graduate Student Life supports the success of Mason graduate students by: Providing community-building, professional and personal development programs, connecting graduate students to campus resources, identifying and advocating for graduate student needs.

Housing and Residence Life (HRL) provides a home for more than 6,500 residents and staff at Mason.

International Programs and Services (OIPS) celebrates and serves the Mason community, including international and domestic students, faculty and exchange visitors, by helping them reach their highest academic and personal goals.

Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) provides a variety of programs focused on helping students to see their own leadership potential and to help them cultivate their leadership skills. They offer activities focused on leadership and leading through service. They provide a safe environment in which students can challenge themselves and learn more about themselves as well.

Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and Questioning Resources (LGBTQ+) services provides direct services to LGBTQ+ students; including advising, advocacy, counseling and referral, education and training, group and workshop facilitation, and leadership development.

Mason Recreation inspires an inclusive atmosphere that fosters lifelong well-being for the University’s diverse students and community through active experiences, education, and engagement.

Student Health Services provides accessible and affordable health care to all currently enrolled Mason students in a caring and confidential environment. We offer a wide variety of services to keep our community healthy.

Student Involvement encourages students and staff to think creatively. They offer opportunities to put your ideas into action, learn from hands-on experiences, meet new people, develop life-long friendships and gain skills that will help you be ready for wherever your future takes you!

Student Support and Advocacy Center (SSAC) offers support and resources to students facing a variety of challenges.

University Life Arlington Campus creates engaging programs focused on success and well-being in life and career. We serve as a resource for student organizations and a hub for campus leadership activity.

University Life Science and Technology Campus strives to enhance students’ in and out of class experience; facilitate interaction with faculty, staff, and other students; and help each student find their place in the Mason community.

Women and Gender Studies Center bridges academic coursework with student development, leadership, and coalition building.
