Visiting Team Resources

• Visiting Team Assumption of Risk – Visiting teams/individuals must submit the Assumption of Risk form to the George Mason University host team upon arrival. Only those who have signed the form (players, coaches, volunteers) can participate in the event. If your team is larger than 30 participants, a second form will be required. *Individuals under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian complete the Assumption of Risk for Minors.
