Join Mason Recreation, Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS), and the Center for Well-being for a series of collaborativeevents. These 1 hour sessions will consist of a 30 min group fitness class, led byMason Rec, followed by CAPS providing a 30 min activity geared towards supporting mental health and well-being.

Note: Come dressed for class because the locker rooms are not available and participants are responsible for bringing their own equipment.
