Our Intramural Sports Officials enforce rules of play and provide supervision for safety, fair play, and sportsmanship. As an employee for Intramural Sports, you are given the opportunity to develop transferable skills that you can utilize in any career you chose. Transferable skills that we can help you develop include, but are not limited to: conflict resolution, communication, leadership, customer service, time management, and personal development.
No experience is required to become an official. We will teach you everything you need to know! Advancement opportunities are available for those that work for us. Supervisor and Program Assistant positions are open to intramural employees interested in gaining more responsibility, leadership skills, and having a larger voice within our program
