This empowering small group training program for women is a fun way to stay in shape, meet new friends, and have a lot of fun while having a great workout!
This class will launch as part of Mason Recreations Group Fitness program in Fall 2019, and this semester we will be doing a few demonstration classes so that our students, faculty, and staff can try it out and spread the word!
After our last demo session we will be raffling off a “Starter Kit” that includes official gloves, mitts, wraps and a ‘PGB’ drawstring bag!

Spring Break is right around the corner, however if you aren’t traveling and want to stick to your gym regiment below are all of our facility hours over break!
Mason Recreation makes all efforts to follow the University’s alert system when deciding whether a facility will open late, close early or close due to inclement weather. However, there are scenario’s that require Recreation to make a decision before the University; in these situations we will have our website updated before 10pm for the next morning.
For these reasons, we always encourage patrons to visit our website or call the front desk to get updated hours.

REC DAY is Friday 22nd and we are celebrating it all week long! We will be giving away things all week long with EXTRA surprises on Friday the 22nd so we can see HOW YOU REC!
