Each semester we have fun and exciting events planned to help keep our students and members healthy, active and engaged!  Further information on each event is available on the left navigation tab.

Women on Weights
This class is taught for everyone by women and covers everything about lifting weights from proper warm-up, how-to on all the equipment, weight room tips and tricks, and have you leaving with an idea of how to create your own workout plan. It will leave you feeling confident to enter the weight room, an area that can be intimidating for many and has a lot of misconceptions and myths surrounding it. We will utilize Skyline's weight room and will be the only users in the room during the session.
